En attendant d&rsquo;avoir la chance de pouvoir nous y rendre, voici une recette de Poulet Tikka que nous aimons faire de temps en temps&#8230;. Les notes gris\u00e9es correspondent \u00e0 ma version de la recette, vous \u00eates libres de suivre l&rsquo;originale ou de tenter la mienne \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>700 g de blancs de poulet<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 jus de citron<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c.\u00e0.c. de sel (<em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">1 c.\u00e0.c. d&rsquo;ar\u00f4me Maggi<\/span><\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>125 g de yaourt au lait entier (<em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">25 cl de cr\u00e8me semi-\u00e9paisse<\/span><\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>3 c.\u00e0.s. de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.s. de gingembre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c.\u00e0.c. de piment en poudre (<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>je le remplace par 1 c.\u00e0.c. de coriandre pour un plat plus doux<\/em><\/span>)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c.\u00e0.c. de curcuma en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c.\u00e0.c. de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 c.\u00e0.c. de garam masala<\/li>\n<li>10 g de beurre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Couper le poulet en cubes de 2-3 cm, le mettre dans un plat et l&rsquo;enduire du jus de citron et du sel. Couvrir et laisser mariner au frigo pendant 20-30 min. M\u00e9langer ensemble le yaourt, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse, l&rsquo;ail et les \u00e9pices, puis, ajouter au poulet et bien m\u00e9langer. Laisser reposer au frigo pendant 4 \u00e0 12h (plus il reposera dans sa marinade, plus le poulet sera savoureux et onctueux apr\u00e8s cuisson). Sortir du frigo 30 min avant cuisson. <em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">La technique officielle de cuisson se fait au four ou au barbecue pour griller la viande, mais vous pouvez aussi la faire revenir dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif<\/span><\/em>. Pr\u00e9chauffer le grill de votre four ou votre barbecue \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature pendant 5-10 min. Au choix, vous pouvez piquer votre poulet sur des brochettes ou bien le griller tel quel.
